Enrollment/Admissions School Year 25-26

Frequently Asked Questions

If a GCA family wants to enroll a sibling that is not currently enrolled, do they have to wait until open enrollment starts for new families on January 23?

No. A family that already has a child enrolled at GCA can enroll a sibling beginning November 21. Even though the child is new, the family is not and can begin the process when we enroll current students. The difference is that the new child will have to go through the whole process – application and enrollment, but they can begin that process on November 21.

What steps are involved in enrolling my child?

Families new to GCA begin by going to our website (www.gochristianacademy.org) and filling out an inquiry form. You can find the link under the admissions tab. A staff member will get in touch with you to see if you’d like to set up a tour and to inform you of your next steps. Step two is to fill out an application. There is an application fee of $25. Once you complete the application, a staff member will contact you to set up a time to visit a classroom and to take an assessment. Once your application has been approved, you will be sent a link to start the enrollment process. The enrollment fee is $200 for elementary students and $100 for preschool students (that price increases $50 on April 1). You can begin this process on January 23, 2025.

For current students, enrollment automatically rolls over on November 21, 2024. You will receive an email which will ask you to update your information if needed and will include a link to pay the enrollment fee.

For current students, will the enrollment fee be automatically drawn from my bank account or charged to my credit card?

If you currently have your tuition automatically withdrawn each month, FACTS will automatically withdraw the enrollment fee. If you do not want that to happen, contact Mandy Johnson (mandy.johnson@gcafbcd.org) to let her know you do not want the enrollment fee to be automatically withdrawn.

If you do not have your tuition automatically withdrawn, you will have to initiate paying the fee.

For preschool children, how do you communicate the day-program you want your child in – 3 days or 5 days?

For current families, you will receive an email from FACTS right after enrollment opens on Nov. 21. One of the things you will be asked by FACTS is to choose the number of days you want your child to come – 3-day class or 5-day class. New families will also be asked this question once you complete the application process and begin enrollment.

For returning students, how do I choose a tuition payment plan if enrollment is automatic?

When FACTS rolls over your enrollment for the 25-26 school year, it will automatically assign you the same payment plan you are currently on. If you chose the 10-month plan this year, it will select that plan for you for next year. If you want to change your payment plan, you will need to contact Mandy Johnson (mandy.johnson@gcafbcd.org) to let her know the new plan you liked to select.
