25-26 Enrollment Packet

Dear Parents,

I hope this letter finds you and your family well. As we approach the end of another enriching school year, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude for the trust you’ve placed in us by choosing GCA for your child’s education. We understand that the decision to re-enroll is an important one, and we are excited to invite you to continue your child’s journey with us.

Over the past year, we’ve worked hard to create a supportive, dynamic, and inspiring Christian environment that fosters the love of Christ, academic, spiritual, and personal growth. We believe that the strong foundation your child has built with us will serve as a stepping stone toward even greater success in the years ahead. As we prepare for the upcoming academic year, we remain committed to providing a high-quality, personalized, Christian educational experience that meets the evolving needs of every student. Our dedicated faculty, staff, and administration are focused on helping each child reach their full potential—inside the classroom and beyond.

To assist with your re-enrollment process, we’ve enclosed all the necessary directions and link. Re-enrollment for GCA will open on November 21, and we encourage you to confirm your child’s place for next year as soon as possible. This will ensure that your child’s seat is secured and that we can plan effectively for class sizes and resources. You may also complete the application process for any siblings who are not a part of GCA at this time.

GCA Enrollment Information

Enrollment for current families

Enrollment for the 25-26 school year opens for current families on November 21, 2024.
- For current families, enrollment information for the 25-26 school year is rolled over automatically.
- Families will spend about eight minutes verifying information (preschool families will also choose 3-day or 5-day class for their child) and then pay the enrollment fee to complete the process. Enrollment fees are the same from the 24-25 school year: $100 for preschool and $200 for K-7. The application fee for new students is $25 (enrollment fees increase $50 on April 1).
- If you are signed up for auto-pay for your tuition payments, your registration fee will be drawn automatically. If you do not want that to happen, contact mandy.johnson@gcafbcd.org.
- For families not planning on re-enrolling, email Mandy Johnson to withdraw your student: mandy.johnson@gcafbcd.org.

Go to FACTS Family Portal
Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
Go to left-side Navigation Menu
Click on Apply/Enroll
Click on Enrollment/Reenrollment

Once a parent starts the enrollment process on FACTS, he/she has until April 30 to fully complete the enrollment process and submit it. This includes payment of the enrollment fee. If the enrollment process is still pending after April 30, the student’s spot will be reopened.
The enrollment window for the 2025-2026 school year will close April 30. The window will reopen on June 1, but financial aid will not be available during the second enrollment window.

Admissions for new families

Applications for new students and families will open January 23, 2025. The cost is $25 per student.

All new students to GCA will have to complete an entrance assessment as a part of the enrollment process. Students turning 1 year old after January 1 will be assessed in June.
All new students, K-7 will be required to visit our school for an entire day as a part of the enrollment process.
New families are encouraged to take a tour of the school. Tours are held on Wednesdays at 9:45. Please call the school office at 770-942-4504 to schedule a tour.
Parents will receive an enrollment email with a link to complete the process once the application is completed, the application fee has been paid, and the student has been assessed.

Financial Aid

Go Christian Academy does have limited financial aid available.
Parents must apply for financial aid through FACTS. There is a $40 application fee.
The Head of School has final authority on how much aid is offered.
For current families, the window to apply for financial aid is November 21, 2024 - April 30, 2025.
For new families, the window to apply for financial aid is January 23, 2025-April 30, 2025
The entire financial aid process must be completed and submitted to FACTS by April 30. Any incomplete applications on April 30 will not be considered.
The window for application is based on available funds. If all financial aid funds are distributed before April 30, the window to apply will close at the time funds are no longer available.

Discounts

All siblings receive a 15% discount. The student with the highest tuition pays full, but every additional sibling receives 15% off tuition.
Parents who pay tuition in one payment (July) receive a 7% discount off the total tuition.
Parents who pay tuition in two payments (July and January) receive a 5% discount.
